Privacy Policy

1. All payment processing is done by a 3rd party payment processor and is fully encrypted. No payment card information is stored on our site
2. Your email address is only used strictly for authenication and communication between you as the user, and Simple Stock Control as the company.
3. All data entered in the stock control software is considered private and for your own use/benefit only.
4. The software provides you access to all your stock count related data. You may delete this data at your own will/choosing, via the software.
5. You may also request that any remaining details (such as user ID, username, and email) be fully deleted from our system upon terminataion of subscription.
6. In all cases any remaining data will be removed from the database within 6 months after termination of subscription.
