Terms and Conditions

1. The price is a set price each month of $8 a month. If the number of items in your item list is above 1000, then there may be a small increase, which you will be notified of. The increase will be no more than $2 per 500 extra items.
2. You may cancel at any point. In which case your subscription will finish at the end of the current month, and no further charges will be made. We do not refund part-months.
3. Whilst we will endeavour to have the software always online, there may be times when server updates, software updates, or other issues cause outages. We will not compensate users for this. It is mainly a case of being patient, and sending us an email if the outage is longer than a few minutes.
4. Whilst we will try to answer questions where possible, users are asked to use the available help on the website and in the software to solve their questions.
5. Considerable testing has been done, but there is always a chance for bugs in any software. The user acknowledges this possibility, and that no liability can be attributed.
6. Backups of data will be done occasionally. Be careful of what you choose to delete, as it might not always be in the last backup.
